This bar has been here for about 100 years and it is the throbbing heart of this area… An old fashioned bar where people used to sat down for a coffee, a chat, to meet someone or just to read the newspaper… It isn’t surely known for its furniture or the walls colour rather for those people who patronized and still patronize it…

Not only painters, artists, architects and writers but also simple artisans, common people and students from the Art School in Brera… You will find something to eat – either a salad or a roll – at any time… You may still find card players speaking Milanese while sitting near some tourists… Pop around just for a coffee!
