Do you know what a quarter is? A quarter is a part of the city… Let’s imagine a huge cake, take a slice of it: that slice is a quarter… and, in fact, the name quarter comes from the number of parts in which cities were divided during the Roman Empire! Each quarter has its own characteristics and, for this reason, we have chosen some of the most particular ones. There are also some areas in Milan which are worth being discovered because of its tradition or its essence!
