An old small dairy that now hosts a very particular restaurant. Mr. Arturo Maggi, the chef of Latteria di San Marco, prepares most of its dishes in a silver pan, which should guarantee a better digestibility. Food is traditional and prepared with a lot of passion.
Here some examples: pasta tagliolini with white ragù sauce, traditional Tuscany chickpeas soup, brown rice with cauliflower, raisins and pine nuts, Artusi meatloaf with mashed potatoes. Even though it’s not very cheap, it’s worth it!
